Akwaba Court

Welcome to Akwaba Court, a complex of 5 houses. Each house is a duplex of 430 m2 with 3 bedrooms and a family/tv room on the upper floor and a bedroom, dining and living room, kitchen and a store on the ground floor.  Each house is equipped with a refrigerator, washing, machine, a cooker, and 7 air conditioners. The house has a covered parking that can host 2 cars, the roof being the master bedroom’s terrace. There is a small garden at the entrance and a bigger one on the back. The space is very neutrally built and allows you to furnish and decorate to your personal taste.

There is a 70 m2 common swimming pool along with a club house.

The complex is entirely protected by a fence wall, equipped with an electric wire and cctv cameras. Unarmed guards are present 24/7 all year round.
